• Made of pre-treated, quality timber of walls as well as framework and corrosion resistant aluminum sheets for roofing.
• Can be erected on level ground on concrete blocks without a special foundation.

Product Specifications

Understanding the specific requirements of our valued customers, we design and develop our product range in all possible specifications. Depending upon clients' demands, our porta cabins can be availed in the following specifications:

• Flooring: 4" x 2" pinewood members used for platform framework, on which 16mm Marine ply is mounted. Bottom of the platform is protected with Bitaminouse waterproofing coating.
• Walls: 3" x 1.5" pinewood used for side wall framework and cladded with marine ply/Ecoboard.
• Roof: Aluminum sheeting mounted on pinewood framework on outer side. Internally mounted with marine ply.
• Doors: Doors (Wooden) : Size 6' x 2.5' (can also be customized).
• Windows: size 3' x 3' M.S. fabricated (Aluminum sliding windows optional) Windows and doors are provided with standard fittings.
• Finish: Interior and exterior walls are finished with one coat of wood primer and putty and two coats of synthetic enamel paint.
• Mounting: Mounted on 8" x 6" x 4" cement blocks foundation or castor wheels.
